Terms and Conditions

1. All orders sent to us should be final. No post-amendments allowed.

2. All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

3. In the event of stock-out, Serelli Online will provide a full-refund upon spree closure.

4. In the event where registered mail is not opted for, Serelli Online will not be liable for missing items during shipment.

5. Serelli Online reserves the right to cancel the spree if the response is poor or due to personal reasons.

6. Serelli Online has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

7. Serelli Online has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.

8. For payment verification purposes:
* ATM transfer: Please retain your receipt.
* Ibanking: Please save a copy of your Ibank statement.
Serelli Online will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.
